Our Butcher Shops

In our two butcher shops you will find a large selection of USDA Prime and Choice Beef, Steak Tips and Ground Beef. Many of our prime cuts are offered with our specialty rubs and marinades.

All of our meat is hand trimmed and cut in our butcher shops and we make all our own sausage too. Our butchers are knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have about the best way to prepare, and store, your meat.

We have a wide selection of beef cuts for every day and special occasions too. Our steaks and roasts are hand cut and trimmed. Ground beef is ground from the best cuts right here in our butcher shops and we are know for our steak tips. Looking for Dry Aged or Wagyu? We’ve got that too!

We carry Filet, Strip Steaks, Ribeye, Teres Major, Flank Steak, London Broil . . . and more!

Chicken: Marinated and spice rubbed chicken breasts, rotated seasonally. Select from House, Boss Sauce, Caveman, Cilantro Lime, Lemon Pepper, Sundried Tomato and Plain. Chicken thighs and chicken burgers too.

Pork: Bone-in and boneless pork chops, pork roast, pork shoulder and butt, ribs and riblets. We make our sausage right here – Sweet Italian, Hot Italian and specialty sausages like Chinese Red and Breakfast sausage. Slab bacon too!

We carry Boar’s Head deli meat and cheese, our own select roast beef and turkey, salads and sides. Our prepared salads include pasta salad, potato salad, cole slaw and macaroni salad.

Round out your meal with our seasoned veggies – marinated asparagus, seasoned green beans, mushrooms, sweet potatoes and twice baked potatoes.

We switch things up every season with stuffed clams, stuffed scallops, bacon cheddar wrapped jalepenos and more!
